All Returned Items
- Must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition.
- Must be in original, undamaged packaging, tags attached.
- Must include a copy of your original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Please verify the fit of footwear on a carpeted area. Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned.
We Cannot Accept Returns on The Following Items:
Tights, hair accessories, undergarments, cosmetics, earrings, special order items, custom costume embellishments, or clearance items.

Online Return Policy
Please contact us for a return authorization number (within 30 days of delivery) before sending the item(s) back to us. The number must be written on the outside of the return package or it will not be accepted upon arrival and will be sent back to the shipper.
Online returns are also accepted in our boutique. Original packing slip must be present in order to process the return in-store.If a package is returned to us by the postal office due to incorrect shipping information entered while checking out, the customer will be responsible for all additional fees associated with shipping the item again.
A REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO YOU VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, LESS SHIPPING PAID
All parcels that are sent back due to incorrect entering of shipping information are subject to all additionally inquired shipping costs.
